Alice L. Cole

Alice L. Cole, 41, of Elco, passed away in the emergency room at Mon Valley Hospital on Saturday, April 16, 2011. Born June 26, 1969 in Brownsville, she was the daughter of Saundra Tribesch Smyth and the late Gene Carey Sr., who passed away April 27, 2010. Alice enjoyed going to bingo and playing computer games. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Keith Cole; children, Kenneth and Candy Carey and Christopher and Megan Lincavage; grandchildren, General and Savanna Carey, Dylan Lincavage and Brentyn Ebenshade; brothers, Gene Carey Jr., John Close, Gene Trozzo and wife, Tina; sisters, Janice Bradley and husband, Dave, and Jamie Bates and husband, Jack; stepdaughters, Andrea Cole and Rustina Jones; mother-in-law, Leona Carey; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Wednesday, April 20, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Melenyzer-DuBarr Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc., 1008 Furlong Ave., Roscoe, where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 21, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Douglas Quail of Daisytown Fellowship Church presiding. Interment will follow in Howe Cemetery.
