Anna Marie Lutz

Anna Marie Lutz, 24, of Rices Landing, met an untimely death Saturday, September 26, 2009. She was born January 18, 1985, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of George and Mary Ann Savage Lutz of Rices Landing. A lifelong resident of the area and 2004 graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School, she later attended Community College of Allegheny County in Washington. She was a member of St. Oliver Plunkett Catholic Church of Fredericktown. Annie lived life to the fullest. Her life was bursting with uninhibited passion and her bright smile and warm demeanor was the highlight of her dearly loved regulars at Lavern's Family Restaurant, where she waitressed. In addition to her parents, surviving are her six siblings, Renee Milligan, Dawn Linke, Malynda Clair, Regina Lutz, Joshua Lutz and Mary Maria Lutz; and a niece and five nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Melenyzer-DuBarr Funeral Homes and Cremation Service Inc., Roscoe, where a blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 30, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Roscoe, with Father Paul Grunebach officiating. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Carroll Township. Annie's time on this Earth was too short. Time heals the pain but will never take the memories. She will always be loved and her sparkle never forgotten.
