Barry Lynne Bartek

 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a beloved husband and father, Barry Lynne Bartek 79 of Charleroi. Barry passed away on April 15, 2025. He was born in Monongahela on December 10, 1946, a son of Joseph and Lorraine Bartek.

 Barry was a decorated Vietnam veteran having served with the United States Army. He was a devoted family man and known for his kind heart and brutal honesty. Barry enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing and also spending time at home with his wife and cats. Barry had been employed by the former Wheeling- Pittsburgh Steel and retired from WSSI.

 He is survived by his wife Audrie Yancec Bartek, his daughter Brandy Bartek of Charleroi, 3 brothers; Joe Bartek of Potter County, Mark and Pam Watts of Monessen and Richard Watts of Dawson and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son Barry W. Bartek and a brother James Bartek. Barry will surely be missed. RIP Barry. 

There will be no visitation. Those wishing to express their sympathy may consider planting a tree in his memory.
