Bessie "Betty" Dean

Bessie "Betty" Dean 92 of Roscoe, died on Tuesday July 16, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family. Born in California, PA on October 18, 1926, a daughter of George and Lena Inks Campbell. 

Betty was a member of the Eastern Star #205 and the Margaret E. Caven Shrine #42.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law; Loyal and Jane Dean of Roscoe and Thomas and Marla Dean of Fayette City, 2 grandchildren; Clayton and wife Lauren Dean of Reisterstown, MD, and Meghan Dean of Wexford and a great-granddaughter Maisie Dean and several nieces and nephews.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband Loyal Dean Sr., 3 brothers; Robert, George and Franklin Campbell and 2 sisters; Dorothy White and Thelma Tyhonas.

Betty's family would like to thank the wonderful caretakers for the services they provided to her. They are Marcy, Lisa, Melanie, Ann and Jamie. They would also like to thank the nurses of Anova hospice. Per Betty's wishes there will be no public visitation. Interment will take place in Howe Cemetery, Long Branch.
