Clara Pascoe

Clara Lou Pascoe 67 of Speers, passed away on Wednesday July 7, 2021 at UPMC Montifore. Born in N. Charleroi on October 18, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Delphine Sance Pennline.

Clara Lou was a 1971 graduate of Charleroi High School and received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from California University. She was the Executive Director of Fayette County Community Foundation. Clara Lou was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Church Charleroi. She enjoyed being out in nature hiking, spending time with her grandchildren and was a big fan of the WVU Mountaineers.

Clara Lou is survived by her 2 sons and daughters-in-law; Gary and Karen Pascoe of Denver,CO and Brady and Jennifer Pascoe of Washington,PA, 4 grandchildren; Esme, Kenzie, Dante and Lukas, her brother and sister-in-law Peter and Sally Pennline of Charleroi and niece and nephew; Jennifer Pennline and Brian Pennline.

Receiving of friends will take place at Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 1008 Furlong Ave., Roscoe on Saturday July 17, 2021 from 10:00am-11:00am at which time a Memorial Service will begin at 11:00am. with Rev.
