Drusilla Santini

Drusilla Santini, 72, of Roscoe, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 15, 2013, in Washington Hospital. A daughter of the late Ray and Juanita Brewer Hixenbaugh, she was born Nov. 13, 1940, in Charleroi. Drusilla worked for many years as a salesperson at the former Zack's Clothing Store in California. Her favorite pastime and hobby was spending time with her loving family. Left to cherish the many memories are a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Jackie Santini of Jacksonville, Fla.; a daughter and son-in-law, Rayme and Frank Kennedy of Elco; grandchildren, Kara Collins and husband, Lewis, Scott Kennedy, Dana Santini, Nicole Restina and Bobbi Jo Comia and husband, Julius; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Bradley and Logan Collins, Cody Fussell, and Brooke and Brandon Comia; and a brother and sister-in-law, William and Linda Hixenbaugh of Elco. In addition to her parents, Drusilla was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Santini Jr. on Nov. 11, 1994. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 18, in the Melenyzer-DuBarr Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc., 1008 Furlong Avenue, Roscoe, where a funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Sandi Conti presiding. Interment will follow in Howe Cemetery, Coal Center.
