Edeltraut H. Chucuddy

Edeltraut "Del" Chucuddy, 76 of Roscoe, passed peacefully Monday, December 1, 2008 in Coronary Care Unit of the Mon Valley Hospital. She was born March 22, 1932 in Stettin, Germany a daughter of the late Bruno and Margarete Runge Czucker. Del was a war-time bride of Frank Chucuddy who died April 16, 1987. She was Protestant by faith, and avid cat lover, and she enjoyed shopping at Watkins Variety Store where she bought gifts for many of her friends. Survivors include one son, David John Chucuddy of Charleroi, a granddaughter Eric Lynn Chucuddy and four great grandchildren. a sister Eva Tomzik of Germany. Friend will be received Thursday, December 4, from 6-8 in the Melenyzer-Dubarr Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Inc. in Roscoe where a funeral service will be held Friday, Dec. 5, 2008, 11:00 a.m. with Pastor John Custer of the Orchard Christian Fellowship Church of Monessen officiating. Interment in Howe Cemetery, Coal Center, Pa. In lieu of flowers sympathy donations may be made to the Brownsville Ambulance Service.
