Eileen Nagy, 70, of Roscoe, died peacefully on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, at the Donnell House, Washington, Pa. Born Oct. 15, 1943, in Charleroi, she was a daughter of Julius and Grace Carroll Klein. Eileen was a member of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Roscoe and the Roscoe Civic Club. Mrs. Nagy was retired from the California Area School District where she held the position of lead support teacher for Special Education. She had the honor and distinction of Teacher of the Year in 1999. Eileen was a devoted and loving mother and wife. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Robert Nagy Sr.; a son, Robert Nagy Jr., of Roscoe; two daughters and a son-in-law, Regina and Alex Juarez of Belle Vernon and Rachel Nagy of Roscoe; two brothers, Julius "Jay" Klein of Anderson, S.C., and Larry Klein of Coatesville, Pa.; a sister, Kathleen Alessio of Belle Vernon; and one grandchild. Visitation will be held on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the MELENYZER FUNERAL HOMES AND CREMATION SERVICES INC., 1008 Furlong Ave., Roscoe. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, Sept. 29, 2014, at 10:30 a.m at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Roscoe, with the Rev. Michael Zavage as celebrant. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Carroll Township.
