Helen Frazzitta, 92, of Bloomington, IN, formerly of Long Branch, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2009, at The Residence at McCormick's Creek, Spencer, IN. A daughter of the late Andrew and Anna Rebres Sedlak, she was born on June 6, 1916, in Long Branch. Prior to moving to Indiana, she resided in Long Branch for 84 years. Helen was a homemaker and devoted her life to her family and her many friends. She was a member of Howe Methodist Church and Roscoe American Legion Auxiliary, Post 801. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and William Black of Bloomington, IN, and Marie and Edward Moninger of Silver Spring, MD; a former son-in-law James Albright of Long Branch; eight grandchildren, Tracy Black of San Diego, CA, Lisa Beck of West Brownsville, Christine Albright of Pittsburgh, Richard Black of Palatine, IL, James Albright of Houston, PA, Eric Black of Bloomington, IN, Aaron and Allison Moninger of Silver Spring, MD; and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Joseph, on April 4, 2007; daughter, Patricia Albright; brothers Andrew, John, Joseph, George and Paul Sedlak; and sisters, Anna Sedlak and Mary Raboci. Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Melenyzer-DuBarr Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc., Roscoe, where a funeral service will be held Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Gary Gregg officiating. Interment will follow in Howe Cemetery, Coal Center.
