Helen Marie Houston

Helen Marie Houston 89 of Elco died Sunday September 28, 2014 at the Hallsworth House Monessen. Born June 10, 1925 in Roscoe a daughter of Michael and Anna Kruppa Legeza. She was a member of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church Roscoe, and a former member of the Roscoe American Legion Auxillary Post 801. Mrs. Houston was an avid bowler. Surviving are her husband of 68 yrs. Robert David Houston, a daughter Cheryl and husband Kenneth Boda of N. Charleroi, a son Robert M. and wife Janet Houston of Roscoe, 5 grandchildren Lori Trinder, Kenneth Boda, Kevin Boda, Kelly Houston and Bobby Houston, and 9 great grandchildren, Ashley Trinder, Brian Trinder, Madaline Boda, Makayla Boda, Bode Boda, Brody Boda, Tucker Boda, Kylee Berkich and Zackary Tokar and a brother Coleman Legeza of Kingsport Tenn.. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters Agnes Shubach and Elizabeth DuBart. Visitation will be held on Wednesday October 1, 2014 from noon-3pm in the Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 1008 Furlong Ave., Roscoe where a funeral Blessing will be held at 3:00 pm with Rev.
