Jeanne Hershbine Kieffer 73 of West Brownsville passed away on Thursday September 10, 2020 at Jefferson Regional Hospital. Born in California, PA on September 15, 1946, she was the daughter of Lee and Dorothy Kennedy Hershbine.
Jeanne is survived by her life partner Rowland Vilsack, a son James Kieffer of Pittsburgh and a bother and sister-in-law Jack and Kathy Hershbine of State College. She was preceded in death by her sister Kimberly Hershbine.
A visitation will be held on Monday morning September 14, 2020 from 9:30am till 11:00am at the Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 1008 Furlong Ave., Roscoe where services will begin at 11:00am. Interment will follow at LaFayette Memorial Park Brier Hill. Due to the state mandate masks are required within the funeral home.
