Joshua G. Gallagher

Surrounded by his loving family, Joshua G. Gallagher, 17, of Houston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 6, 2011. A son of Paul E. and Valerie Green Gallagher, he was born February 10, 1993 in Washington, D.C. A 2010 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School and DT Watson Institute, he was a member of South Hills Bible Chapel, where he loved to worship. Josh was a Make-A-Wish kid and enjoyed listening to music, going to the ocean, watching movies and spending time with family. In addition to his parents, those who will continue to cherish the wonderful memories of Josh are his brother and sister, Christopher and Sarah, his grandparents, Audrey and Dave Wilkinson of Tow Law, England, Linda Gallagher of The Villages, Fla., Timothy and Deborah Gallagher of Lumberton, Miss., his loving neighbors, and numerous other relatives. A Memorial Service to celebrate Josh's life will be held Tuesday, January 11 at 11:00 am in The Bible Chapel, 300 Gallery Drive, McMurray. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. The family suggests donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the DT Watson Institute, Children's Hospital or Make-A-Wish Foundation.
