January 3, 1941 — February 16, 2021

Joyce Rae Clark, 80, of N. Charleroi died Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Mon Valley Hospital.  She was born January 3, 1941 in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Raymond and Dorothy (Brown) Conn.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years Bill Clark, her 3 children; William  Clark (Beverly) of Charleroi, Susan Price (Khlar) of Marianna, and Christopher of N. Charleroi.   She is also survived by her sister Janyce Hickman (Bernie) of Columbus, Ohio, and her brother Jack Conn (Lisa) of Avella, PA.  She had 3 beloved grandchildren whom she adored; Breann Clark, Bayley Clark and Cameron Clark, along with several nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart.
