Margaret Rusak Frankie, 88, formerly of Charleroi passed peacefully Saturday, March 15, 2014. Born in Charleroi on July 10, 1925 a daughter of John and Eva Rusak. Mrs. Frankie was a member of Mary, Mother of the Church Parish, Charleroi. Mrs. Frankie was a graduate of Charleroi High School-Class of 1944. She was employed for 13 years at Corning Glass and 8 years at California State College. Mrs. Frankie also served as Justice of the Peace for 6 years in Charleroi. She is survived by her loving daughter Monica(Joseph), stepson Gerald Frankie and his children Tina & Jerome, and numerous niece & nephews. And a special mention of her loving friends of 65 years: Ann Gulya of Fayette City, Lillian Taylor of Monessen and Helen Davis of Charleroi. She is preceded in death by her husband Elio, four brothers, Felix Rusak who was killed in action during WWII, John Rusak, Jr.(sons Robert & Michael), Joseph Rusak and wife Virginia and Edward Rusak. Visitation will be held on Monday March 17, 2014 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in the Melenyzer-DuBarr Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 825 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am Tuesday 18th at Mary Mother of the Church, with Rev. Gerald Mikonis as celebrant. Internment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Carroll Twp.
