Marie Michelle Degeon

Marie Michelle Degeon 42 went to be with the Lord on Friday December 22, 2023. Marie was born in Haiti on October 15, 1981.

 In her remarkable life's journey, Marie Michelle Degeon embarked from Brazil, traversing a path to the United States, seeking to carve a new chapter alongside her cherished 6-year-old daughter, Ruth Sara. Her unwavering determination and courage were hallmarks of her character, as she ardently championed a brighter future for her children and herself. Regrettably, her life journey was cut short upon her arrival in Charleroi, PA, as she valiantly battled breast cancer.

Marie’s enduring love for her daughter was boundless, and her pride as a mother knew no bounds.

Marie leaves behind 2 daughters; Ruth Sara Simeon and Achtayna Jean Baptiste, 2 sons; Wilderson Sor and Acheley Jean Kervens and her significant other Wisman Solomon.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday December 26, 2023 from 11:00am til 12 noon at Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 825 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi where services will begin at 12 noon. Interment will follow at Charleroi Cemetery.
