Mary Anne Ermlick

Mary Anne Ermlick, 89, of Roscoe, died Saturday, February 24, 2018, at Canterberry Hospice, Lawrenceville. Born in Roscoe on February 8, 1929, the daughter of Glenn Sr. and Mary Cairns. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Roscoe. Mary Anne was a graduate from California University. She retired from Finleyville Middle School where she taught English. She was an avid reader and card player, playing at the local card clubs. Mary Anne was known for enjoying her martinis.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William Ermlick. She is survived by 2 children, Scott (Marcella) Ermlick of Greensburg, Susan Ermlick of Phillipsburg PA; a brother Glenn D. (Patricia) Cairns Jr. of Roscoe; a sister Andrea (Benjamin) Skrobacs of Duboistown PA; grandchildren Adrienne Ermlick, Jonathan Ermlick & Juliet, Nicholas (Katy) Metz, Alexander Metz; great-grandchildren Aliyah & A.J. and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 in the Melenyzer Funeral Homes, & Cremation Services Inc. 1008 Furlong Ave., Roscoe. A Blessing Service will take place on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 11am in the funeral home. Interment will be held at a later date.
