Mary E. Rice

Mary E. Rice 96 of California, PA passed away on Wednesday September 2, 2020 at her home. Born in Fallowfield Twp. on May 11, 1924, she was the daughter of Joseph and Mary Endreszl Klingovsky.

She was a member of St.Andrew the Apostle Parish, Charleroi site. Mary was very noted for her Tole painting in the area. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Samuel J. and Diane Rice III of Roscoe, a daughter Mitzi Bailey of Fallowfield Twp., 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Rice Jr. in 2017, a daughter Loretta Brammell in 2001, 2 brothers Joseph and Andrew Klingovsky and 2 sisters Anna Metzko and Amelia Veselga.

Visitation will be take place on Monday September 7, 2020 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 825 Fallowfield Ave. Charleroi. Mass of Christian Burial will celebrated on Tuesday September 8th at 10:00am at St. Andrew the Apostle Parish Charleroi site. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Carroll Twp..
