Olive Rae Voitik

Olive Rae Voitik 79 of Elco died Sunday July 9, 2017 at Monongahela Valley Hospital. Born January 9, 1938 in Monessen. She was an avid reader, enjoyed socializing and loved watching black and white movies . A true cat lover and in her earlier years enjoyed playing bingo.

Surviving are her longtime friends, Rae Dawn Leyda, Dawn Leyda, several nephews, and all her friends at Flo's Personal Care.  Olive was preceded in death by her mother Nellie Golle Price in 1999, husband Irvine H. Voitik in 1981, a daughter, Brenda Miller, sister Barbara Dunay and her aunt Lydia Cornell.

Visitation will be held at the Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 1008 Furlong Ave., Roscoe on Wednesday July 12, 2017 from 10am-11am at which time funeral services will begin with Rev. Candace Cook presiding. Interment will follow at Howe Cemetery, Long Branch.
