Robert DeZardo

Robert DeZardo, 53, of Monongahela, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 20, 2013. A son of Grace Johnston Sedlak and Robert DeZardo, he was born Sept. 20, 1959, in Charleroi. Bob liked watching the Steelers, fishing and always enjoyed joking around with family and friends. Left to cherish his memory are his significant other, Drema Grove; daughter, Brandy DeZardo; son, Brandon DeZardo; grandchildren, Chelsey and Ryan DeZardo; mother, Grace Sedlak; grandmother, Helen Sedlak; brother, James A. DeZardo; stepsisters, Shawn Palfrey and Dawn Futrell; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Bob was preceded in death by his stepfather, Thomas Sedlak, on Aug. 4, 2012. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 24, in the Melenyzer-DuBarr Funeral Homes and Cremation Services Inc., 1008 Furlong Ave., Roscoe. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
