Timothy J. Dillon, Jr., 45, of West Brownsville, passed after a lengthy illness on Tuesday, July 17, 2012. Born Jan. 9, 1967, in Brownsville, he was a son of Timothy J. Dillon, Sr. and the late Norma Jean Durdines Dillon. Tim was a truck driver and worked for many years for Waste Management, Greenridge Waste Services and Ventura Trucking. In his spare time, he loved to hunt and fish. In addition to his father, Tim is survived by his wife, Tammy Ritenour Dillon; sons, Timothy J. Dillon III, Edward K. Povrzenich and Ronald J. Povrzenich; a daughter, Ashley Zeimba; several grandchildren; brothers, Matthew James Dillon, Scott Allen Dillon and Charles Edwin Dillon; a sister, Sarah Elizabeth Underwood; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Friday, July 20, 2012, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Melenyzer-DuBarr Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc., 1008 Furlong Avenue, Roscoe, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 21, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Cliff Reynolds of the Garwood Baptist Church presiding. Interment will follow in Taylor Cemetery, Brownsville. Memorial contributions may be made to the family and sent in care of the funeral home.
