William Koster III

William Koster III 70 of Donora and formerly of Charleroi, passed away on Sunday October 27, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family. Born in Gillespie on December 14, 1948, a son of William and Betty Ellis Koster II. William was a US Army veteran having served during the Vietnam War. He was retired after working in the retail business. William was a member of the Christian Center in Perryopolis and a member of the Monessen Eagles. He was an avid pool player.

William is survived by his son William (Leticia) Koster IV of Donora, a daughter Melissa (James) Lemley of Donora, 3 grandchildren; Leila, Trinity and Isaiah, 4 brothers; Gary Koster of Monongahela, Terry Koster and Darryl Koster both of Donora and John Koster of Las Vegas, and 2 sisters; Patricia Trilli of Donora and Sandra Bright of VA. He was preceded in death by his wife Karen Nelson Koster, 3 brothers; Henry, Robert and Barry Koster and 2 sisters; Carol Monack and Betty Wergin.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday October 30, 2019 at 11:00am at Mon Valley Memorial Park, Carroll Twp.
